ProZorro разом з Командою Підтримки Реформ (RST) та Офісом розвитку МСП (SME.DO) при Міністерстві розвитку економіки, торгівлі та сільського господарства України запустили у тестовому режимі онлайн-платформу "ФАКТОРИНГ ХАБ". Наразі ДП МА «Бориспіль» є одним з перших учасників "пілотного" проекту у тестуванні "ФАКТОРИНГ ХАБУ" (далі - платформа) з боку замовників публічних закупівель. Бізнес зможе отримати на платформі пропозиції факторингового фінансування від всіх банків-учасників "пілотного” проекту та обрати найкращу. Платформа пропонує бізнесу послугу швидкого і зручного оформлення заявки на отримання факторингу в електронній формі для участі в публічних закупівлях системи PROZORRO. Основна перевага факторингу перед кредитуванням - відсутність вимоги по заставі, заставою виступає ваша дебіторська заборгованість (тобто заборгованість ДП МА «Бориспіль»). На етапі “пілотного” проекту платформа працює безкоштовно для всіх учасників системи. Together with the Reform Support Team (RST) and the SME Development Office (SME.DO) at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, ProZorro launched a test mode of the online platform "FACTORING HUB". Currently, Boryspil International Airport SE is one of the first participants in the "pilot" project in testing the "FACTORING HUB" (hereinafter - the platform) by public procurement customers. Businesses will be able to get factoring financing offers from all banks participating in the "pilot" project and choose the best one.The platform offers businesses a service of quick and convenient electronic application form for factoring to participate in PROZORRO public procurement system. The main advantage of factoring over lending is the absence of a pledge requirement - the pledge acts as your receivables (i.e. the debt of Boryspil International Airport).
